Discover what it’s telling you.

Join Icasiana Barrs; guide, facilitator, medicine woman and healer—to get Behind the Bars that bind and imprison you, breaking through the illusory constructs, to find freedom to operate at your highest potential.

To those of you struggling with cancer, trauma, depression and other self-limiting diseases and beliefs, Icasiana will be your guide and support, uncovering the root issue to discover who you truly are, and what your Soul purpose is so you can discover peace in your life. You will be supported on a journey to know and love your true Self: awake and aware.

The owl in Native American culture signifies death and rebirth

A symbol of wisdom and transformation—dying of the old self, and  awakening to a higher understanding. The bird can see with perfect vision through the shadows— operating both in light and darkness.

With a 360 degree perspective, inquisitive birdcall, and sweeping flight, the owl is a fitting symbol rife with metaphor for Icasiana’s journey work to remembering who you are, and clearing away what no longer serves you.

You Love Others to the Degree You Love Yourself;
We are Mirrors for One Another

Get to the mirror and sincerely search within to become one with yourself—to balance the anima and animus, the masculine and feminine—coming to a place of union.

When we attain that balance and harmony there is less struggle and strife, for we understand that these are merely lessons to bring us to a deeper knowing of Self. You will have made it to the pinnacle of your life, standing firm on your rock of knowing—seeing the beauty of the flow and knowing that everything is perfect.

From this perspective, not only will you be able to love yourself, but serve your loved ones and humanity with a new understanding and knowing.

Transcendance 2 Remembrance
— Free Your Self.

By connecting to the Universal Mind, The All, The One Mind—in which all of us are granted equal access—we allow ourselves to choose a newfound freedom: embracing life to such a degree, we can choose to live a fearless, courageous, loving life to the fullest expression of our own unique self. The “I AM” self, the “Higher Self.”

The path that we choose is based on our perception of one’s self, the trauma we have experienced and our relationships throughout life. We risk operating at less than optimum because of our wounds, trauma, experiences and social programming. We open ourselves up to the possibilities of unlimited potential when we realize we are always One with the Divine. This awareness and acceptance allows us to heal—by deeply loving and being our true self—shattering the illusions of any programmed restrictions to our God Being.

[…even] more so, when we are held captive by the consequences that arise from life’s predicaments

We alone create these consequences when we face life’s difficulties incorrectly, or even worse, when we don’t face them at all. Struggles with health, money, addiction, weakness and even evil can arise when we forget that we are guided and cared for by God, and that we hold the power within to break through the bars that imprison usthe bars which keep us from living a joyful, truthful and loving existence.

We must remember the feelings and courage of our youth. The time when we truly believed we could accomplish anything fearlessly. The time before our realities were burdened by the unfulfilling drama we created. Like Yogananda said, “…you must be jail breakers—breaking out of this prison of flesh…bad habits, attachment, emotion, desires, life, and death.”  – Paraphrased from: Be a Jailbreaker From the Prison of Fate, by Paramhansa Yogananda

The good news is the power to spring your soul from these prisons is attainable by daily meditation, tapping into your wisdom and communing with God.

When we get ‘behind the bars’ to see the real story, we can then choose the right action. If we begin to live as if everyone is God—starting with ourselves, then moving outwardly to those who surround us, even those who have ‘wronged’ or ‘hurt’ us—when we at last follow the path of truth, we will “break the bars of fate” and finally be free. I want to help you break through the obstacles and pain you may be suffering from.

One of the gifts that Icasiana has given is the gift of insight—to go from an intellectual understanding of the universe to a heartfelt wisdom of the universe.

She has a gift to help people transcend and transform, and re-establish their true nature. And what that will mean is ‘get ready to buckle up’ because there [will be] an impact. You’ll need to do the work to be prepared to go through the journey with her, the ceremony with her, to rediscover—in some ways—maybe even reposition your life…It’s likely there will be some form of transcendence for you, and that means changing your life.”

Icasiana showed me to hear through all the human illusions—look for answers within yourself.

The biggest message I’ve taken away from my relationship with Icasiana is: look for answers within yourself. Trust yourself, your heart—you already have everything inside.”

We did incredible spiritual, emotional trauma work:

We did incredible spiritual, emotional trauma work: talking for hours on what she called, ‘Re-creation Rock’—a beautiful glacier rock in the middle of a river—we talked and loved and grieved with each other. She did 20 years of therapy with me in one day. After that…I felt like a new person…I changed my name and my story. She changes people’s lives. Because of Icasiana, I know that no matter what happens, it’s going to be okay.

She helped release some very negative things within my being. She helped me get rid of the cancer…I’m doing fine, I’m very healthy.

I met Icasiana when I was going through breast cancer… she came up to my home…and stayed with me over the weekend. We did a healing ceremony and it was an experience like no other I’ve had in my life. I was able to really release three huge hurts, severe hurts that I experienced in my life…Almost immediately after that weekend things started changing…I was able to release—just get rid of that darkness and hurts that occurred in my life. I think her work is so important. It’s a life changing experience to make your life unburdened and freer and lighter and happier. And accepting that love and healing that she provides—is a conduit for…these types of healing, however difficult, are important and make a big difference.

I have learned personal rituals and creative practices to help center myself and connect more with the universe, nature and people in my life.

I was battling breast cancer and she was an incredible presence—helping me learn the lessons, helping me grow, helping me stay focused and positive throughout the whole thing and really helping to facilitate real healing for me, and I’m incredibly grateful. I have learned from Icasiana how to be more in my heart and less in my head. I have learned so many personal rituals and creative practices to help me center myself and connect more with the universe, nature and people in my life.
